Welcome to Procar Detailing! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our mobile car detailing services. 1. Service Agreement

By booking a detailing service with Procar Detailing, you agree to our service agreement. We provide professional car detailing services, including paint correction, ceramic coating, full valet, headlight restoration, and more. Our services are intended for use on personal vehicles only and are not designed for commercial use.

2. Service Booking and Payments

To book a service with Procar Detailing, you must complete our online booking form or contact us directly. All bookings are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee service until your appointment is confirmed by a member of our team. Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment methods.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. No-shows will be charged the full-service amount.

4. Service Availability and Limitations

Our mobile detailing services are available in specific areas within Hampshire, Surrey, and West Sussex, as outlined on our website. We strive to cover as many locations as possible, but service availability is dependent on factors such as traffic conditions, parking restrictions, and local regulations. 5. Service Limitations

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during the detailing process, Procar Detailing cannot be held liable for pre-existing paint defects, damage to trim, or other areas of the vehicle that are not directly impacted by our detailing services. We also cannot guarantee the complete removal of severe defects like deep scratches, dents, or significant paint damage. Our goal is to improve the overall appearance and protection of your vehicle’s paintwork.

6. Vehicle Preparation and Access

To ensure the best results from our detailing services, customers are responsible for preparing their vehicles. This includes removing all personal belongings, debris, and other items from the vehicle’s interior and trunk. Access to power outlets (for power tools and equipment) and water sources (for washing) is necessary for our team to perform their duties effectively. If these are not available, alternative arrangements must be made before the appointment.

7. Use of Personal Data

Procar Detailing respects your privacy. By booking our services, you agree that we can collect, store, and process your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This data is used solely for scheduling, billing, and service-related purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Procar Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of use, or other business interruption costs, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Procar Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately upon posting. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
